surf's up

So we're still here in lovely St. Augustine- Ron made it safely here yesterday, thank goodness. We went to the beach yesterday afternoon, and met up with the rest of the family (who also happens to be on vacation here in Cresent Beach, and consists of Aunt Chris, Uncle Bruce, Amber, Kendall, Sean, Angel, and Ethan). Ron and I went surfing this morning...which was lots 'o fun. I'm definately not what I used to be, though it has been 10 years since I last attempted to surf, but I only ate it twice. But quite a bit of salt water made it up my nose both times!! Ron, as usual, did well. He's just a natural at anything athletic, which makes me both sick and proud. :-)

Anyhoo, enjoy the pictures!

correction

Life is good except for the fact that Carolyn Margaret Hamilton Bell Charles and her family (immediate family, that is) are on another continent.

one more week of freedom...

So, as you can see by the following pictures, I'm obsessed with my daughter. She's so cool. We're in St. Augustine spending some time with Nana (my momma), and decided to have a bit of a photo shoot this morning. This may sound boring to most of you, but I found it to be lovely and exciting. That's my life. We got some good pictures, though, so I hope that you enjoy them! The weather is wonderful here, and the ocean is warm....life is good!

how's this, mommy?
